Return & Replacement Policy
We only accept return/replacement requests if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if the item is no longer needed.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issue.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags/accessories, if applicable
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt
- You must share clear pictures/videos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Important
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Used items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will only provide a replacement, subject to approval.
